Pratibha Setu is a UPSC initiative launched in 2025 to connect deserving candidates who cleared all stages of UPSC exams but missed the final merit list with employment opportunities in government, PSUs, think tanks, and private organizations.

Who Can Join?

Candidates who cleared Prelims, Mains, and Interview of UPSC exams like CSE, IFS, ESE, CAPF, CDS, CMS, IES/ISS but did not get selected in the final list. 

Exams like NDA, NA, and some departmental exams are not included.
