Physical Standards & Endurance Test

Physical Endurance Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST):

Male Candidates:

– Height: Minimum 168 cm
– Chest: 86 cm with 5 cm expansion
– Running: 1600m in 6 minutes
– Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump

Female Candidates:

– Height: Minimum 157 cm
– Running: 400m in 2 minutes
– Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump
